Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy

Each gown is made to order with care and attention to detail. Production typically requires 5–6 weeks, followed by shipping within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated before purchase.

Please note that slight variations in color may occur due to lighting, photography, and individual screen settings.

Orders may be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, production begins and orders are considered final.

Returns are accepted only for incorrect items received or items that arrive damaged. Return requests must be submitted promptly after delivery with clear photo documentation.
